Hakuba Ski Concierge is a fully registered and approved boutique ski school offering fully customizable private lessons. The service provided by the Hakuba Ski Concierge team is unrivaled in Hakuba; those interested in an elevated ski lesson experience should look no further.

Hakuba Ski Concierge is based out of Hakuba47 Resort, but guests can choose from 9 of Hakuba's resorts through their Signature Lesson Plans.

Hakuba Ski Concierge strives to provide and maintain the highest level of guest experience, delivered by contented staff that are passionate about their work. Owner and instructor, Nadine Robb, has instructed in Hakuba for 15 seasons and is a verified expert in all things Hakuba.

Hakuba Ski Concierge offers two separate lesson formats:

Signature Lessons

  • Door to door private transportation
  • Same instructor commitment for multi-day bookings
  • Choice of resort, multiple in one day
  • Video Analysis and off-piste lesson options

Meet at the Mountain Lessons

  • Meet your instructor at the Hakuba47 Gondola Base
  • Enjoy Hakuba Ski Concierge’s lift line priority – no waiting, all riding!

Lesson Formats

  • Half Day (Morning or Afternoon)

    Signature Lessons
    - 3 hours from pick up to drop off
    - Afternoon lessons have a fixed start time of 13:00pm*
    - ¥65,000 for up to 5 guests

    Meet at the Mountain Lessons
    - Morning Lessons from 09:30~12:00
    - Afternoon Lessons from 13:00~15:30
    - ¥45,000 for up to 5 guests

  • Full Day Lessons

    Signature Lessons
    - 6.5 hours from pick up to drop off
    - ¥110,000 for up to 5 guests

    Meet at the Mountain Lessons
    - 09:30 ~ 15:30 (6 hours)
    - ¥80,000 for up to 5 guests

  • 5 Day Packs

    Signature Lessons
    - 5 full days (unlimited slope time from pick up to drop off)
    - Choose 5 out of 6 consecutive days (allocated for 1 rest day during the week)
    - ¥520,000 for up to 5 guests

    Meet at the Mountain Lessons
    - 5 full day lessons 09:30 ~ 15:30 (6 hours)
    - Choose 5 out of 6 consecutive days (allocated for 1 rest day during the week)
    - ¥340,000 for up to 5 guests (guests can rotate between days)
